I was greeted at the front desk by a very friendly girl who was very fast and accurate wich was very nice!! I requested mouth wash that wasn't at the front desk so the girl said she'd have it sent to my room... sure enough it was there waiting by the time I got to the room, I was Impressed! Then the trouble started. I was on the first floor and they have a night club with a patio outside my rooms windows so I went over closed the curtains and was covered in dust or something. I looked up and the entire wall above the curtain as well as top of curtain were COVERED in cob webbs or dust or possibly both... I figured I'd let the staff know they just said thank you for telling us and that was that they did't even offer to come clean it up. To top it all off I woke up very ill (Morning Sickness) and after flushing the toilette and kneeling there for a min my knees got saoked... the toilette was leaking from the bottom and the grout was all discololred like it was an ongoing problem, at this time I called the front desk again to let them know about the second problem and that I would be checking out and the girl just said ok thanks for letting us know... no apology nothing... Even though the staff was nice at check in I will not be staying here nor would I reccomend it to anyone who wants a clean room with working facilities.
