EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.The recent heavy rain caused a flood in our living room. We called The Flood Co. They showed up less then an hour later, and were equipped with the manpower and whatever was needed for a quick and efficient work. They came back a couple days later to check and finish the job. BEST. We were really, really happy with The Flood Co. Frankly I am a tough client, we looked at a lot of challenging and unusual properties, and it is rare for me to find an agent who brings much value-add to the table. Water damage. Attended an amazing open house last month and could not believe the new products they have on display. The new generation of vinyl flooring was ever so much better than laminate and the concrete polishing display in the warehouse was amazing. Good price.
