Best BBQ in the USA! A self proclaimed BBQ connoisseur, I have tried "Q" all over the country: from RJ's in Beverly Hills to Corky's in Memphis, to Riscky's in Fort Worth to Virgil's in New York and everywhere in between. Hands down, Huntsville BBQ Company is the best!

We ate at Huntsville BBQ Company and loved it. I love to try the different sauces! The cayenne was my favorite. I loved the loaded mashed potatoes! The potatoes have a lot of pepper in them, so if you don't enjoy things on the spicy side, shy away from them. I had the brisket and pulled pork, both were excellent. It is casual dining but fun atmosphere with ski lifts as booth chairs. Next time we might just get the family special so we can try all the meats and sides.

Straight A's...Food, Atmosphere and staff. Nestled in the small town of Huntsville, is a charming, and creatively decorated BBQ restaurant (FKA Texas Pride). My family has often to come to Huntsville to visit the park, and visit the mountains, but this time, we decided to grab a bite to eat. Huntsville BBQ has a great selection of menu items, and once you sit down, you will find a table with a full array of sauces. I really enjoyed the spicy sauce.

I bought the brisket and ribs - which came with a plenty of brisket and 3 or 4 ribs; with potato salad and pasta salad of my choice. Now, if you are coming to gorge yourself in plate fulls of food, and look like the source it came from, you will be disappointed. But, if you are coming to satisfy your craving for smoked, and perfectly seasoned food that comes in generous proportions, you will leave happy.

My combo plate (2 meat and 2 sides) was around $14.00 - and was tasty. Staff was great and friendly, and simply comfortable. If you have kids, they will like to see if the chair lifts on one side of the restaurant.

My wife and I went here a couple of weeks ago after a hike and really enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. Since I'm originally from the South, I'm partial to pulled pork, so we didn't try the brisket, ribs, sausage or chicken. Based on the pork, they should be good. Self serve friendly atmosphere.

Great food and ambience! We are visiting and staying in Eden. It was definitely worth our time and effort to drive here for dinner. The portions are quite large and there are a lot of fun BBQ sauces to try. In the winter you can rent ice skates next door and skate at the park across the street. PS. Try the pecan thing for desert!

We had them cater a dinner for 19 because that was too many to have at any of the dining tables at our Lakeside resort condos. The food was authentic and delicious and the people were very friendly and accommodating

Words cannot describe the food... BEST BEEF BRISKET IN THE WORLD!!! Homemade sauce and wonderful atmosphere!!!
