Tips for Newgate Mall Centurylink Store

Century Link Newgate Mall Kiosk. I would not recommend this place. I was asked to return a modem and get a new one. I took them the broken modem and got the new one. They then charged me for a modem and said that I had not returned one. Why would they have gave me my new one and not took the other one. I have been on the phone for hours with their call center trying to figure out if I was trying to steal a modem from them or not. Horrible service. Would not recommend. I am going to comcast as soon as my contract is up.
