I'm responding the previous review. We had very detailed consultation of she wanted as I do with all my clients. I cut her hair as she asked me to do before I styled her out I asked if there were any tweaks she would like me to do anything she wanted to change. She said "No." She came back the next day screaming at the salon owner demanding extensions. Which the owner offered to put in for her. Belittling the owner who has done hair for 23 years telling her she didn't know what she was talking about. We care about our clients at Nalani's Salon and would never treat anyone like this girl is claiming. No one ever screamed at her in fact it was the opposite.

Stay away! Take your money somewhere else! I brought in pictures of what I wanted and told alex tuatagaoa how I wanted my hair cut. Not only did she not listen to me, she did exactly what I told her not to to. I don't have hair left to cut! The manager only offered to cut more or to talk to alex the next day, when I came back in, surprise, she wasn't there. When I called her she refused to give me my money back and screamed obscenities at me. Save yourself the hassle and save your hair from this disreputable "salon".
