I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. They lied to my wife, lied to me, and argued with me for a good 20 minutes before leaving in a huff. They fixed the problem, but did it begrudgingly and it took two visits--and it was only the wax seal under the toilet!! That is not a difficult thing to fix. I would have done it, but it was covered under my home warranty (with Landmark, which is an excellent company in my experience, except in their choice of plumbers).

Let's look at this as well: If you look at the positive reviews ---the writing style is similar, short phrases, emphasizing the same things in roughly the same order. The lack of detail, the abundance of flowery language. And then the negative reviews are seething. Seem fishy to anyone else?

Awesome company, great service, get the job done every time, highly recommend. Recenlty needed a new water softener, was installed perfectly, works great, very affordable and while he was here worked on two other minor issues and didn't charge a thing. Use them, you will not regret it

No one else could fix it. For 10 years my radiant system has been going out when the temp gets below 10 degrees- convenient. I have paid for a couple of $500 service visits every winter, including the dealer & the manufacturers rep. I could have bought a new boiler by now. Actually a new one was Neerings idea, $22,000. Not kidding, I have it in writing. Nathan got an idea while he was checking another repair he had done. It worked! His charge- $0! And this was at 7:30 pm the night before Thanksgiving. Brilliant guy, great service, great price, I cant say enough good things about them.

NELSON PLUMBING. Who wants to call a plumber? Not me but a time came and I decided to use city search. Found a great company and the service technicians know their skills. Very resonable in charges. Highly recommended!

Emergency Response. WOW!! I came home from work and there was 3" of Water in my bathroom and hall. I am a single mom with two kids, what a mess! I frond Nelson's Plumbing on line. I am so grateful, they had someone at my house within the hour AFTER 5:00. Found the problem, fixed the problem and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

They treated me with respect and kindness. What more can a girl ask for. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Fantastic Customer Service!!!. Nelsons Plumbing came out to our home for a leak, they found the leak was a simple fix, they took care off the leak and didn't charge us one cent. Thanks Nelsons Plumbing.

Great Customer Service!. Nelson's Plumbing came to my home last week to fix a leaking fauset in my bathroom. The man that came to my home was friendly and took the time to answer my quesions. I would recommend Nelson's Plumbing.
