This place is just so unprofessional. I have to agree with others, the problem with this place is the the Dr.'s husband Chris. I too had a very bad experience with him. I purchased a Clenziderm kit. It was defective and they refused to take it back. I made numerous calls to Chris trying to get help with the issue, but he would not call me back. One day I walked in there and was able to confront him about the issue and he would do nothing for me. There I was out $130. I broke down in tears. The office manager (kate) then said I could have a free microderm even though they wouldn't take the product back. You could see Chris fuming when she said this! He clearly didn't want to do anything for me. Needless to say they never gave me the microderm. Kate ended up leaving Enlighten. The place seems to have a VERY HIGH turnover rate. I even asked one of the girls why no one stays employed there and she said it is because employees are treated very poorly by Chris. I would highly encourage anyone to DO THEIR HOMEWORK before investing any money or time with this company. You will find them to have complaints everywhere. (Check out BBB and Ripoff Report). Any positive comments made are most likely comments they have gone on and left for themselves. You will see the majority of reviews everywhere are all negative.

Check their Better Business Bureau Rating! Terrible results and even worse customer service. I bought 10 sessions of laser hair removal to Enlighten through a groupon, and ended up purchasing additional sessions on my first visit to redeem my groupon. I paid every month on time per the agreement, but 9 months later, I moved out of state unexpectedly. I tried to call Enlighten to negotiate the terms of my contract (reduce the payments, etc). Not only did it take weeks of effort on MY part to get a hold of someone who could help me, but everyone I spoke with was incredibly rude, resistant to assist me, and used phrases like "You're attacking me," and "Whining won't get you out of this contract." Totally unprofessional. I haven't seen any results from my hair removal, nor have any of my friends who also purchased the groupon. I'm appalled that Groupon has done any business with this company, and cannot believe that they are still in business.

Scum. Not board certified. Creeps. Turn lasers down so you have to get lots and lots of treatments (a way to make more money). Slandering other local physicians. I was EXTREMELY offended and unimpressed with Chris.

This will be my second year with Enlighten Laser and the first year for my husband. We have a monthly contract and usually see Jennifer for a massage and Alissa for facials. Love both of these ladies and am very satisfied with them. My review is based only on the poor customer service I received today by the Office Manager.

Along with being a loyal client I also purchase my skin care through them. Recently I purchased a product that was defective. I returned the product which was almost full for an exchange only to be told it was purchased too long ago for them to help. Their records do not show my recent purchase of this product. Unfortunely I did not keep my receipts because I always buy from them without any problems until today. They were willing to lose me and my husband as well as future product purchases for $40. Someone needs to take a course in customer service.

I have never written a review before but future clients need to know that they do not stand by the products they sell. Also, keep all of your receipts since they have a faulty system.

Worst customer service I have ever received. What a terrible experience! I bought a groupon and tried many times to schedule an appointment. They were booked so far in the future for the "coupon appointments" that the next available appointment was months away and my groupon would expire. I was very rudely told by the receptionist that it was not their problem and I would lose my money. Make sure and make note of the complaints to the BBB before you go to this place!! Rude and bad service!

Bountiful Enlighten Laser Center. I went to Enlighten to get lipo treatments for my Abdomen. I now have a larger stomach and one side is larger than the other. I found them very nice but not very good at what they do. I would never recomment them to anyone. I now look worse than I did before. They did take before pictures but obviously they did not offer to take the after pictures as now I look worse and have invested way too much money.

More about making money than providing a good service. I went into Enlighten laser cosmetics for a consulation on several procedures. Chris was very thorough and seemed knowledgeable at the consultation. He gave me a quote on getting all of my red moles lasered and also my brown moles. When I called to make the appointment I asked the receptionist if the red moles are not completely gone will they follow up with a second appointment to make sure they are removed. She went to ask and came back and said yes. Then when I went in for the appointment as my treatment had already started Chris came in with a paper for the tech to read. She then said a few minutes later that my payment of $300 was for just one appointment and only for the torso. She was kind to still remove a few that were not on my torso, however, this was not the agreement that had been made. The appointment lasted for 20 minutes and it seems like $300 is a lot to pay in that short amount of time, a lot for only being willing to cover part of the body, and I have since seen some that they missed.

During the consulation Chris said it would be $600 to have all of my brown moles removed then when he came in during my appointment he said for $300 5 moles could be removed. It makes sense to have a number, but this was not indicated during the consultation and I agree with another reviewer when they said he came across condescending. From the conversation with Chris and my experience it seems they are more into making money than being thorough in their job. I have noticed they are advertising on billboards and on the radio, and maybe this is causing them to not care enough about doing a complete job. As for now, I am looking elsewhere for services as I believe people should keep their word and do a COMPLETE job of giving the service you agree on and pay for.

Can't believe my eyes. One of my girlfriends has been going to enlighten for many years. I always gave her grief for spending her money in an attempt to stave off time. Well, I must say that I too am now seeing them to ward off the signs of aging. My girlfriend was starting to look like she was 20 years younger and I have to admit, I was a little jealous. So back to me, :) , I no longer have the wrinkles around my eyes, between my eyes and on my forehead. The spots and veins on my face are gone. My skin is softer and more firm. I'm glad my friend was the ginuea pig but more glad that I finally took the plunge.

Very Happy. Received hair removal and tattoo removal treatments at enlighten laser and was quite pleased with all. The staff is patient and accommodating, and the results of the procedures were great! Chris is a wonderful and is knowledgeable when discussing and recommending options. I will definitely go back for other procedures!

Hormones work. Been going to see Dr Mears for the past year for hormone optimization therapy. All I can say is wow, what a difference! When I started looking into hormone replacement treatment, the name I kept hearing was Dr. Mears. My own OB was seeing her for hormones so I figured how could I go wrong? I set up an appointment (which took forever to get into them) for a consult and ended up meeting with Dr. Mear's husband the first time(don't remember his name - sorry). He was quite pleasant and so stinking thorough that at the end I felt I had to at least give it a try. A year later, I'm hooked. I will never give up my hormones from Dr. M. They make me feel young again which is quite amazing for 52. I have energy, stamina, muscles, libido, metabolism, memory... the list goes on and on. I also don't have hot flashes and am able to sleep very well again. The main thing to remember is that Dr. M doesn't replace your hormones, she restores them back to what they were when you are younger and I must say, I feel much younger now!
