Tips for Intermountain Layton Instacare

Telephone service. InstaCare's can offer fine service to individuals. However the phone service is beyond inadequate. Due to information I was much in need of I have called during working hours without any success. There has been no answer! It is understandable if they are busy - a simple "please hold, I'll be with you", would be acceptable. I called several times without success. This is Saturday at the Instacare at 10:00 in the morning. They obviously need more staff
