Check elsewhere. I agree with the second review on this site and question the validity of the first and third reviews (more on that later). The store is over-crowded and decidedly over-priced. The owner (Nathan) greets you (sometimes) with a plastic smile and fake enthusiasm, then promptly forgets you are in the store. I would expect much better service in a 'boutique' toy store, especially with Walmart less than a couple miles down the road selling much of the same products at a lower price. Also, many of the toys are not current. I would say that more than half his inventory is at least a year old. So, great selection, if you are looking for the toys your child missed LAST Christmas.

Second, is the store going out of business or not? Nathan frequently puts up going out of business sale banners, proclaiming great sale prices, but the prices are the same, and the store remains open.

Third, the first and third reviews certainly seem to be written by Nathan (especially apparent if you've ever spoken with him). The first review simply lists his store brand inventory and quotes many of his tag-lines from his advertisements. The third refers to Nathan's "staff". Nathan often refers to his "staff" but I have never seen anyone else working in the store (other than his parents when he is out of town).

I, myself, will not be spending any money at Toontoy this holliday season and recommend others look elsewhere. Why would anyone want to pay more to be treated poorly in a cramped store full of last year's toys?

Best Toy Store Around, Huge Selection, Millions of Options, Great Customer Service. Great Store, So many products, It looks like santa's toy shop. They have so many of the toys you can't find. This shop is great. I am glad I found them. Customer service was excellent, the line was very short and easy to pick things up when in a hurry. The staff knows what they are selling which you can't say at most other stores. The prices are very competitive. Good Job TOONTOY

Worst customer service ever!. The store is good unless you have a problem. Very poor service. Nathan Lee was extremely rude to me, and lied to the business bureau when I challenged the problem. Trust me, spend your money somewhere else. In short he agreed to receive my return and when I returned the item said he never received it. I have a postal conformation number that proves he did. This was just the begining of the troubles that I had with this company. It is not common that I have trouble with businesses like I did this toon toys.

Best Toy Store in UTAH ***** 5 Stars. The best selection I have ever seen in Utah. This store has everything from Trains, Slot Cars Games, Puzzles and Toys to novelty items. The best selection of Toys. Finnally Playmobil, Lego, Lionel, Bruder and Melissa & Doug have a great representation. This store has a great selection and the best prices. Tjough its a bit crampt it is an awsome store.
