Poor workmanship. Spent $2k+ on system. Couldnt keep it working for more than 3 months at a time. 5 out of 6 repairsdone at the HiFi shop were do to install. Took truck to Car Concepts and had it removed and reinstalled and it has been working like a champ. Sorry Alpine for blaming you, should have been blaming HiFi Shop.. A+ for being so nice during the sale. F for install and for support after the sale.

Awesome. I would highly recommend using this company. I only use them. Products are awesome and the installation is top notch. A++
