Not bad at all.. I heard alot of things about the Ben Lomond Hotel good things and bad things. I walked in and was impressed from the start. I think the structuring of the hotel is absoultely beautiful. there was good food, and catering and the Capones resturant. There are many friendly people. I dont see any of the rumors are true is they were things have definitely changed :]

Great service.. Well i arrived to the Ben Lomond on a Sunday night for a buisness meeting the next day. I thought the place looked really nice. They assigned me a room, when i walked in i was suprised at all the wonderful furniture they had in that room. I woke up in the middle of the night and i heard some noises from the neighbors so i called the front desk and surprisingly they assigned me another room which was wonderful to me because it was a much bigger room. So i can say that they have wonderful customer service there i highly reccommend this hotel for EVERYBODY!

Traditions. My family has been frequently visting the Ben Lomond Hotel as far back as i can remember. The hotel has much history and many interesting aspects, It is with great pleasure that i recommend everyone to see it for themselves. Its not often in todays society that we have a chance to merge the present with the past.

Famous encounter--. During my stay i had the honor to bump into one of my childhood heroes Jimmy Page. LONG LIVE LED ZEPPELIN! He was one of the nicest guys i have ever met, he even signed autographs in the lobby. Im told many musicians passed through over the years.

Worst hotel. This hotel is the most pathetic excuse for a Hotel it has damage on all the hallways, holes in walls celling tile missing carpet stianed and the most pungent awful smelling sent i have ever expienced my ac didnt work the remote to the TV was broken my lamps werent even pluged in to a socket that worked and the front desk has sum smart mouth teenager working there .

the hotel mngr looks as if she just gotoff the vages strip , and the smell of illeagel substances was extremely present and loud people and partys and the bar they have is worse i would NOT RECOMEND this hotel to my worst enemy !! I would compare my stay to a nightmare

Terrifying. I felt completely scared & creeped out the entire time. Couldn't sleep - ghosts kept me awake. I'm absolutely not joking. I've never had any kind of supernatural experience in my life until this (I'm 33). AVOID.

Enjoy a stay in accommodations known by some for its resident ghosts and unexplained phenomenon.. In Short
Built in 1927 and featured on the National Register of Historic Places, the hotel affords visitors a convenient central location to Ogden's main attractions--including historic 25th Street. A mix of antique decor and modern updates, the Ben Lomond offers a slice of the past, including a meeting with an old soul. According to local legend and accounts from the living, ghostly encounters are a real possibility.
