Great Value. Intown Suites was a great value and worked really well for what I needed. It was the most affordable hotel in the area. Also, It was clean close to downtown and secure. The high speed internet access was a definite plus, it was free. It was exactly what I needed and exactly what they promised. I would recommens this hotel to everyone I know.

Good Value. I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. If you just need a clean quiet place to stay I would recommend it to anyone. It wa sthe least expensive hotel I could find and it even had a small kitchen in the room. I feel I got an outstanding value for what I paid.

Better service at the UDOT. My husband and I stayed there for a week on business and we needed an additional night. Instead of staying in the same room, Policy deemed that I remove everything from our room BEFORE I could check into another room, not transfer to another but completely check out. My 6 year old son and I, 7 months pregnant dragged everything down two flights of stairs (elevator out of service) only to find that they needed our employeers signature even though he had verbally agreed. With no public phones to contact our boss I asked to use the front desks phone, I was told no. I was forced out in the winter to find another phone, baggage and all. I did not return. I decided that if I needed a place to stay the bus terminal would be more appealing.

Avoid it like the plague. I found the accomodations here abysmal. I was force to move rooms twice in one week- checking out and checking back in. The company credit card was not accepted though it was on file, and I was forced to find other lodgings. It took three days to get an extra towel, and I had to sign over my first born in order to get it. Anything you want in the room you 'rent' at exhorbant prices. Ridiculous.
