My daughter and I drove to Wendy's in
Kaysville, Utah this Thursday, August 9, and the driveways were cordoned off. The parking lot was full, but there was a sign indicating that they were "closed for a private party". We managed to weave our way up to the ordering window thinking surely there must be some mistake. We were told that "sorry, we are closed today but would be happy to serve you on Monday". ON MONDAY, are you serious. They will not have my business in the future. There are plenty of other places to eat around there and if they aren't interested in serving the general public than forget them.

Wendy's Kaysville, Ut.
We went there on Thursday night we waited in line over 10 minutes our order was taken and after each item ordered the employee walked away and got one of the items we had ordered. Finished checking us out then gave us our order which had at least 5 errors. Wrong items, missing items. Our order cost over $40.00 we could have gone to a full service restaurant for that. We took 2 sandwiches back to have them correctly made and they were still wrong. Would not recommend this Wendy's the service is slow and the orders are not correctly made. While we were there at least 3 cars from the drive thru came back in to correct their orders as well.

Square burgers, chicken sandwiches and creamy desserts served in a homey setting..
In Short
Named after the daughter of amiable founder Dave Thomas, this Ohio-based chain is more inviting than your typical fast-food joint, thanks to comforting touches like carpeted floors, Tiffany-style lamps and plenty of foliage. The signature square burgers are made-to-order; chicken sandwiches are available grilled or fried. Thick fries, meaty chili and stuffed baked potatoes round out a menu that includes a cool, ultra-thick chocolate Frosty.
