The Best Food in the World. I love the food here. Mel Melcomian, who owned this restaurant for Thirty Five years. And Delaney75, Mel sold the restaurant in 1996, so it was a different restaurant for ten years. So you ate at a completely different restaurant. Casa Melinda, when it was owned by Mel, was the best restaurant ever.

Wonderful food and environment. Our family LOVES this place. It is clean, beautifully decorated, great service and AWESOME food. Restaurants just don't survive in Bountiful unless they are GREAT and this one served us for 30-40 years, owned and operated by the same owner. Wish they were still in operation.

Yuck, this is not Mexican Food.
I don't know what I ate when I went there but it wasn't mexican food. Tacos were meat product in a stale shell with shredded lettice and hint of a tomato slice. Burrito was nothing more than flour shell loaded with pasty refried beans and covered with cheese. Hot sauce was acidy and horrible.
Do people really think this is mexican food. Terrible food but has potential. The words shredded beef or Chile Colorado would never be uttered in this place. Just Cheese and more cheese.
In a word. Yuck and they earned it.
