Best Ice Cream Ever. We used to go there when I was a little girl in 1971. My favorite was a double cone: licorice and rootbeer. I remember nothing of the atmosphere, only the amazing ice cream. Even as a child, I knew it was special.

Best ice cream in the world!. Farrs' is amazing. I've been going there since I was a baby. I love it. The atmosphere is so cool and old-fashioned. Their ice cream is to die for. I especially love peppermint stick. Now the only bad thing is that it is always overcrowded. You always have to take a number. But it's worth the wait.

Old-Fashioned Memories at it's best.... I don't know what happened when people who went there in recent years but I went there tonight and it was CRAZY busy but the customer service was great, fast, courteous and super! Staff was right on top of everything and the ice cream was great! I love the "old fashioned" feeling. It's good to know these days, that businesses (especially one since the 1920s) can last that long and thrive. Keep up the great work, great service and AWESOME ice cream! HUGE scoop (ONE) for a very reasonable price in comparison with other places.

Terrible Choice of a Great Taste. I love your ice cream but twice I've been more than disappointed in you're Black Rasberry Ripple Ice Cream. I hear that name and my mouth starts to water to only get home to a carton of vanilla ice cream. Disappointing doesn't discribe it. Sad, crushed, frustrated only begin to say how I feel. In a time when consumers are cutting back ice cream is considered a luxury and yet I still can't enjoy it. This is the 2nd time I have boughten the ice cream and sadly it was no better. Maybe more than a ribbon of the mouth watering Black Rasberry could be put into what I would think would be your life's greatest accomplishment. Just a suggestion from a Ice Cream lover.

the best. i moved away from ogden in 94 and now one has even come close to matching the ice cream or the memorys of walking around the block atleast once a week

horrible service. I am a supervisor at The Marriott hotel nearby, and all I have to say is I will no longer be sending guests to this place. I love the ice cream, but the service is horrible. When you walk in, all the young kids just stare at you, when they finally help you, they treat you as if you are putting them out. Normally I wouldn't say anything because I deal with angry guests all the time, however, this is the 5th time I have gone their to get my team some ice cream and each time they were so rude. All though the ice cream may be the best, the service is absolutely horrible.

its the best. I love Farrs Ice cream its the best! I have been there alot and I loved it so much that I now work there! So no mater how the customer srevice is and how busy it is I look past that and think for the ice cream and not the srevice.

ice cream very good, service is extremely poor. The ice cream is very good but the 'kids' they have waiting on you are lazy and have ATTIDUDES. My wife and I went there on a Monday and were treated so badly we will NEVER go back. Farr's needs to get service people who want to work there not kids who 'cut up' so much that when you ask for service they act put out then lazily and begrudgingly wait on you. People go to Farr's ice cream parlor for the ice cream and the experience of stepping back in time, if Farr's served people like this in the old days there wouldn't have BEEN any old days to speak of. I'll go and get Farr's in the supermarket but absolutely will never EVER step foot in there ice cream shop again !

Nothing Is Better!!!. I grew up on Farr's and after 24 yrs, I still can find any that is near as good as what Farr's is. True they have long lines on the weekend and holidays but there are so much "history" pictures to look at while waiting and it goes by even faster when trying to decide what luscious flavor to pick. If you can't find an ice cream flavor you like at Farr's, then you're not going to find it anywhere! Even if you're not a big fan of just ice cream, they have everything to satisfy any sweet tooth. I mean it when I say TRY IT!!!

Where's the beef....I mean BROWNIES!. I love ice cream, especially with lots of "stuff" in it. However this is the second time I have bought "Brownies on the Moon" and there is not one speck of brownie in it! I am very disappointed. I would have loved to email Farr directly, however they do not have email available. Call me crazy, but the carton does say, chocolate ice cream with marshmallow and brownies...
