Tips for Pleasant Valley Restaurant

will not be going here again. As a former server and restaurant manager I know that i would have fired any server who acted like the one who served me the other night. I wanted to order the salmon but our waiter highly recommended the special, which he never presented to us, so I got the special (which I later found out was twice as much as everything else on the menu). My husband is a vegetarian and there was nothing without meat on the menu so we had to order the sides to a meal with out the main course to which we were charged full price for. Salads and main courses came out at the same time for me while my husband still had not received anything. The service was prompt but not in order and the server was rude and informal all night (and he was chewing on a toothpick as he came to talk to us, disgusting ). To sum it up, I have had better service at Denny's than we got here. We are not cheap but there are plenty of good restaurants around where you get more than a crappy salad and a tiny piece of fish for $50.00 that will taste better and have service that matches the price level.
