Honest and knowledgeable – Because of the sales person I bought at this dealership. He was honest and knowledgeable. He understood what I wanted and was able to guide me in the sales process. I looked at other dealers but decided his honesty was what I needed. I will buy from him again. He made me feel comfortable and at ease during the sale. I had tons of questions and he was able to give the information I needed.
Contacted over internet. Recieved very prompt quote that was better than Edmonds TMV. Salesman worked hard to find vehicle that I wanted (wanted tow package Sienna) and arranged to have it dealer traded from Pocatello, ID. Went to dealer, and had a very positive experience. We were able to test drive the vehicle without him present in the car, and he didn't pressure us to close the deal when we indicated we wanted to think about it. Very curteous and promt on the phone and in person. Finance department was very similar. Lots of extra options offered, but lots she said were a waste of money. Offered very good prices and told us we should think about it/research it and get back with her. Would definitely buy from them again
My customer service expectations were exceeded purchasing my car. Low key sales approach and the pricing was at or below researched models. No back and forth negotiation with my Sales Person and the deal on the car made my decision easy. I'm not sure my experience could've improved and base this on past experience at other dealerships.
This was by far the easiest, lowest pressure discussion I have had in my life. I hope all of my future purchases are this simple.

Very impressed – I made contact with Tony Divino Toyota over the phone, I was impressed right off the bat on how they answered the phone, I felt that I could speak to the salesman about anything, especially being a woman I did not feel like I had to be on the defense or have my Car buying Guard up at all, they invited me to come in and test drive and actually let the cars sell themselves. From the moment I stepped into the Dealership I was happy and I have truly experienced the best! I will never think of car buying as a hassle again. Thank you!

She told me to contact her if I needed anything. It was very nice to know the company cared enough to follow up with me. Susan in Finance was WONDERFUL! She understood what I wanted and needed and did everything to meet the goals I had. I hope to deal with her when I decide to purchase another vehicle. I already have recommended friends to this dealership.
good. price. – Had to run in for service on a saturday. Service writter Lisa was very friendly and I was greated promptly. They got my car right back and told me it would be done no later than 3pm. They called at 2pm and said it was ready to go. Everything was done as expexted and explained. Cashier was friendly. Even purchased a battery for an intelligent key for my other car, which was an infiniti. Good price.
Thank You, Great Service Dept. – I attempted to get a vehicle through you and although I was not approved I just wanted to say it was probably the best service I have ever had and I will definately reccomend you to anybody I know. Even after finding out that you wouldn't be able to help me Susan still called to give me some advice about how to improve my situation and dennis called to inform me what the issues were. I truly felt like they cared and that is a very rare thing in the car sales industry so to susan dennis and robert a huge thanks for not treating me like just a number.
