AVOID THIS PLACE. Wow. How a place can change so drastically in just a few years. The millstream motel used to be a classic, remind you of how life used to be kind of place to stay. It was family owned and well taken care of by people who actually cared about providing good lodging to travellers. Now, I wouldn't even dare walk through the property. Completely run into the ground. Gone are the days of old-time nostalgia with neatly hedged greenery. It's completely transformed. Avoid this place.

Like coming home.... Look, I don't do a lot of traveling, so when I made reservations here I didn't know what I was going to get or even really what to expect. I was kind of thinking Motel 6 or something.

But then I got there and realized why it was called Millstream Motel. There's the Millstream running right through it... with a little mill on the stream and everything. And it was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and nice. And the service. Was great. It's a mom and pop place, run by the family...and they treated me like family...which was great.

I highly recommend this place and will go there again when I return to Ogden.
