WoW!!!. Well being from Seattle where Asian restaurants line the streets I recognize a good Thai restaurant when I see one. In a state full of chain restaurants and dirty Chinese buffets this restaurant really stands out. My wife and I went there, enjoyed some of the best Thai food we have ever eaten (were the only people in the restaurant) and went home satisfied. Please Utah folk, skip the Olive Garden or the Panda Express and try some authentic Thai food so that another great restaurant does not fail!! If you have more questions about how amazing the food is just call me. 801-621-2874

Utah's Thai Secret. The Bangkok Chef is truly one of the best Asian resturants in Utah. Recently the moved to a new location, which is clean and has a typical Thai atmosphere. The food is as authentic as it gets. The family that runs the place moved from Thailand about 10 years ago. After eating there several times, I've become friends with the entire family. The outstanding cooks (a mother/daughter combo) prepares each meal with "old world" fashion. The mother speaks about 15 words of english, and I've learned enough Thai to thank her for preparing such wonderful meals. The menu prices are very affordable. The only downside of eating at Bangkok Chef, ....Beware, you will find it hard to settle for bad imitations of Thai food, once you've had the REAL DEAL! It's hard for me to pass by Ogden, without making an excuse to stop in for some "World Class" Thai!

Mmmm!. I love this restaurant. It's probably one of the better Thai restaurants in Utah. They're very good about actually making the food spicy when you ask for it.

Family run Thai treat. My husband and I are regulars at this restaurant. We've made it our tradition to always bring our out-of-town guests here. The atmosphere is not the best, they didn't do the best job changing it from the fast food fried chicken restaurant it used to be, but the food is delicious and fresh. The best fried rice I have ever tasted! The coconut soup is also a MUST!
