Intolerant Doctor with Limited Skills. Dr. Moesinger is good at treating routine ear, nose, and throat problems. But, he uses ancient equipment and antiquated techniques. He also has no skills in the sleep department category...which is vastly related to ENT practices. It's his way or the highway...I recommend the highway. There are many other ENT's in the Ogden area that use cutting edge techniques, equipment, and treatment.
