Tony's PizzaI joined this site just to say, "Tony's had the BEST meatball sandwich in the world!"
What happened?. I used to eat here all the time when I was younger. The meatball sandwiches and pizza was amazing. It had been awhile since I made it back and what a disappointment. The meatball sandwich wasn't even close. It was more like a meat sauce spread thinly on a hoagie and to make things worse, the potatoe chips that come with it where stale and all broken into little pieces. Huge disappointment.
Ogden Tradition, Awesome Pizza and Meatball Sandwiches. I don't understand why everyone rates these guys low on city search... I only eat the food for carry out so I can't speak for the dining experience. However, this is my wife and I's favorite pizza and meatball sandwiches in Ogden. The owners seem like cool people too. Give them a go!
You call this a pizza?. Just ordered 5 pizzas from a fundraiser... seriously there was no sauce on the "pizza." My sister has called and told the owner how disappointed she's been with the pizzas and the owner got very defensive and had an attitude. The only reason we even ordered them again was to support my neice. They always suck! Don't eat there!
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I have been to Tony's for years this use to be one of our favorite places to go but after this last trip and the idiot girls they have running the place this place will lose business fast.
We waited almost 2 hours and they had tables free every where all they kept telling us was that they were reserved. We could have had our dinner and been out of there but NO they left those seats to be empty the entire time we were there. Then they let their group of friends come in and sit down at another table to get food fast before the reserved group came in. How do I know that because they were not quiet about it for one minute!! After we tried to talk to them and was treated like trash my family and friends that we were with decided to leave and go to the PIE and have YUMMY food!!!
TONY's if this is your new way of running your business you should just put the closed sign up now!!!!
Definitely NO New York Style. The food is ok, definitely not the worst pizza in Ogden. I went there with very high hopes and was sadly let down. Everyone in town and on the internet said it was very close to New York style pizza, but it doesn't even compare. The pizza is good for what you pay though.
Tony's Pizza - Worst service ever!. We sat and waited for 2 pizza's for over an hour! Our waiter took 25 minutes to bring our drinks, then never came to our table again. We talked to the manager and she told us to leave. We offered to pay for our drinks and she told us to just get out. Talk about terrible service and management. Instead of accepting responsibility for bad service the manager just yells at you to leave. Surprised they stay in business. Will never go there again and will tell others about the poor experience.
Ton'y Pizza Ogden UT. NEVER EAT THERE. We went on News Years Eve and were seated at our table. We got our drinks and salad about 15 mins later. We keep waiting for our pizza. We had waited our 45 mins and then my brother-in-law, asked our waitess about it. She said that it would be another 5 mins. We waited another 10 mins and still no pizza. He then went down and talked to the manager and she then informed him that our pizza still had not gone in the oven. People who came in after us and were seated after us, were getting their pizza. We then talked again to the manager and she told us to leave. The employess were just as rude as the manager. The manager sat a yelled at us in front of all of the customers. I told them we had never had this problem before and they said to leave. I will never eat at Tony's again. I would also tell everyone never to eat there either. The managment sucked, the service was awful and we got no info why it was taking so long. If you ever go there make sure that you are the only person there so it won't take an hour 1/2 to even get someone to tell you that your order is not ready after an hour.
Good pizza, poor service.. I love Tony's Pizza, sadly their service is slow and poor and their dining area is over-crowded and very loud. Call in and order a pizza for pickup and you're all set for a relaxing movie night :)
Can any one bring some to Las Vegas!. I grew up eating at Tony's. I am from Ogden but now live in Las Vegas. I always get pizza at tony's when I am there and I even have them make me some frozen and a friend bring them to me sometimes. If you havn't eaten at Tony's you have missed out.
