Hooray For Veggies!. There are quite a few negative reviews here. Don't listen! These reviews are outdated. My husband and I tried this place and we were very satisfied. I'm a vegetarian and it's rather difficult for me to find restaurants with non-meat items on the menu. This place has quite a few. To start we had beer battered onion rings, which were better than average and tasted fresh. My husband and I both had the raspberry lemonade and the server kept our drinks full. I had the steamed veggies over linguine with Alfredo sauce. The veggies were broccoli, carrots, zucchini and yellow squash. They were perfectly steamed and the sauce and pasta was just right. My husband had Chicken Carbonara. It had chicken, bacon, spinach and alfredo sauce on linguine. He quite enjoyed it. I The prices are reasonable and the service was very good. We didn't wait too long for anything. Oh, and the meals come with a choice of soup or salad. I will be going back for sure. Hooray For Veggies!

Never again!. The only thing this place had going for it was the food. The service stunk, the night manager was a cheap a-- (hint-if you're not going to honor coupons, don't issue them), server messed up on 3 of the 5 checks in our group, we had to practically beg for our change back, then they acted like it should have been the tip even AFTER a huge gratuity was added! We will never be back.

Don't stop here if you're thirsty....pretty bad sedrevice!. Went in after a ride on the new Frontrunner. Our server took our drink orders and brought our drinks promptly. We then waited over 15 minutes for her to return for our dinner order, drinks were gone, and no refills offered. Our server took our dinner orders (still no refills on our drinks). We then waited another 25 minutes for our food. My daughter and I had burgers, which were pretty good. My husband had a philly cheese and a salad. The salad arrived at the same time as his sandwich on a plate 1/2 the size of a normal plate...odd. He said it was not too bad, but cold. (Finally got a drink refill, after asking ) All in all, I wished we had chosen a different restaurant, and will in the future. Ogden has lots to offer...we should have gone to Subway!

Don't waste your time and money!!. Went on a Friday night, waited almost an hour to be seated, and was extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the food. The waitstaff was unable to describe the specials, and when the food arrived, the presentation and flavor left a lot to be desired. My wife's dish was similar to something that would be served at a cafeteria, and mine was mediocre at best. While we support local businesses, we will not be returning to this restaurant or its sister restaurant, "Roosters" (which, incidentally, offers exactly the same menu items and is less than 3 blocks away).

Union Grill - Unique and Quality. This restaurant has a wide variety of food. It's great for parties, a night out with family/friends, or just a romantic dine-in experience. The food is of the highest quality and the service as more than satisfactory. Try the beer-batted onion rings for an appetizer - they're delicious!

Great place. One of the few non-chain restaurants around. The service seems to be always good and the food is wonderful. The pastas are fresh and the pork chops are my favorite. You can't pass on dessert here.

Pretty good....for Ogden. Union Grill has great soups and bread. The price is reasonable and the service is better than average.
