I called Aire Serv 3 times last week to make sure when I arrived at my condo in Utah that I could live and sleep there since a friend told me the AC wasn t working. First call on 7/18: made an appointment for 7/24. Second call on 7/19: they called me to cancel because the 24th is a holiday and we rescheduled for 7/25, the day after I was going to arrive in my 90 degree condo. Third call on 7/20: to confirm that they were going to come by my condo on 7/25 in the afternoon - everything good to go so I am told. On 7/25 Aire Serve calls me asking when I would like to make my appointment. I say I made one and confirmed it for today on 7/20. They say they can not come until 7/26 even though I took time off of work to be at the condo. I ask to speak to the boss. He s busy but will call me in a while. 3 hours later no call. I call again asking to speak to him and am told he didn t have time to call me. Hence, this lousy review. I would never use Aire Serve based on 1) their unreliable scheduling and more importantly 2) their complete lack of customer care.
