PC Laptops was great. PC laptops checked my computer out and gave me the bad news in a professional way. It's never fun to hear that your computer has been dropped by a friend but oh well. the workers here were professional and when I'm ready for another one I'll be here looking for another one. Great to work with!!

Don't go anywhere else. My computer was overheating and shutting off every 5 minutes - I couldn't do anything. I took it to a different computer service first, and after $70 and several days, the problem was not diagnosed. I called Ollie at PC Laptops, and I think he knew what the problem was without even seeing the computer. I took it in that night, he fixed it within minutes, and didn't charge me. These guys know what they're doing and I won't go anywhere else for my computer service needs. JLK2
