I totally love Bridal Satin. We had several people tell us to go there. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they were so helpful. I found my perfect dress! The staff was so friendly. We also got our tuxedos for our wedding party there. It was great! We have gotten several tuxedos and suits there since and they have all looked amazing! I would totally recommend Bridal Satin.

DO NOT USE BRIDAL SATIN IF YOU WANT A STRESS FREE WEDDING!!! Won't go into to much detail as it is very long. 6 out of the 10 Tuxes ordered had to be corrected. Tux arrived 2 days before the wedding. So after an overnight shipment 1 day before the Wedding we had the right items. Shirts to large 2, pants small 2, pants to short 4, Vest to large 1. The Owner at first wanted to charge us the overnight fee as she does not want to take any blame for the miss measurements. The saddest part was the attitude by the OWNER that she does not CARE as she has many customers so she does not need our business.

I went to bridal satin after looking from SLC to North Ogden for a dress and coudnt find anything I loved (dresses all looked the same.) Then when I walked into bridal satin I was greeted by a cute lady and began my search. The selection there is amazing they have so many dresses to choose from, two whole levels! The styles they have are very unique, which is exactly what I was looking for! This store is a little piece of paradise when it comes to the stress of looking for your perfect dress. The staff was extremely patient with me and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. You cant beat the service and selection you get when you go to Bridal Satin!

Bridal Satin Horrible Customer Service.
If you're a bride I would suggest going up the street to The Gallery by Lynette before you waste your time at Bridal Satin. The employees are completely unhelpful, rude and don't seem to care that you're going to be spending a lot of time or money there.
If you're a teenage girl going to prom they might pay a little more attention to you.
I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants a pleasant experience shopping for wedding gowns.If you want to shop quickly in a get in and get out way, David's Bridal is better and that's not saying much.
