Bridal Satin Horrible Customer Service. If you're a bride I would suggest going up the street to The Gallery by Lynette before you waste your time at Bridal Satin. The employees are completely unhelpful, rude and don't seem to care that you're going to be spending a lot of time or money there.

If you're a teenage girl going to prom they might pay a little more attention to you.

I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants a pleasant experience shopping for wedding gowns.If you want to shop quickly in a get in and get out way, David's Bridal is better and that's not saying much.…
