What i want to say this company is very puppies and you can't Trust this company at all. I ordered the Mehron liquid products and when it came, they put the other liquid mixed with liquid products. I ordered blue,red,pink,purple,green,black,white,yellow. It cause all the liquid color when you apply cause it spread out very bad. And i called about this issue, this company said i can't return those. Very dissapoint, i loose my money and the important part is i never trust this company anymore yo anything they sell. They can just sell you a crapy product that not even new, they put something else inside the bottle so they can sell to another person with price that litle bit cheaper than other company.

WARNING PEOPLE....Never order from this puppies company at all.

Warning, Customer service lacking. This shop is the only shop like it in the surrounding cities, so it's not like you can just go to the other special effects supply shop if this one dissapoints.

The shop has good supplies.

Sometimes particular workers don't know a whole lot to answer your questions.

This is probably the worst part, and other people have had the same experience.. that if the shop is out of something you need, the owner claims they will order the supply in for you. And does not follow through. Forgets or neglects.. who knows. Since they have no competition, they don't feel a great need to satisfy special requests.
