Terrible Experience AFTER Purchase

My wife and I bought a car from Rands automotive 5 months ago and in that time we've had to:
Replace both back tires
Install new brakes
Install a new battery
Replace 4 front lights
Fix 1 rear light cover that fell off
Repair a noise coming from the engine
Fix the back door that stopped opening all the way
We called Andy (salesman) to ask if they can help with the repairs and he screamed "You guys need to own up and take responsibility for the vehicle! It's a used car! You should've saved up for a new car." I told him that I didn't expect them to pay for all the repairs but that they should insure that the cars they sell are in good working order. He was very rude to my wife and I and we will never shop there again. I'm sure that they have many satisfied buyers but make sure you check out the vehicle or you might get the same experience we had.

Awesome Deals!

Our experience at Rand's was completely wonderful! They have great cars and sell them at very reasonable prices. Our family drove about 6 hours, coming from Idaho to get a car here and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
Everyone we dealt with here was wonderful. We got financed within minutes and were treated with great respect.
Don't be foolded by the big fancy dealerships. They have a lot of overhead to cover. My husband works at an auto dealership and he couldn't get near the price we paid, even with his employee discount! Rand's is a down to earth place with friendly people. They choose good cars and because their overhead is low they don't have to mark up the price of the cars much to make a profit.
I saw that someone said a "con" of this place is that they don't haggle much, but I'd say that's not necessarily a bad thing, because the prices are already so low and you know what you're gettting from the start.

No Pressure, and Honest Good Deals

I just recently purchased my 2007 Honda Civic from Rand's. My Salesman was Sanfred and he was really no pressure and quite pleasant. I have had friends and family buy from them and all had good things to say. I am very happy with my car and especially the price. I guess you could say that they are a small mom and pop dealership with charm. Don't expect to be dazzled at Rand's, but do expect to get a good old fashioned honest deal.

- Cons: small office and lot

great place, great price

We bought our 2009 Honda Accord from Rands in late October. The sales experience at Rands was amazing, compared to other places we were looking at. It was a no pressure experience, meaning the salesman gave us our space and was very helpful when we asked for help. The next time I by a car, it will be from Rands Autos.

Best Deal In Town

My Family has allways bought our cars from Rands Auto Sales We have allways been treated with respect and have found they have the best prices in town. Everybody that I know that has bought a car from them has had a good expierience. I would Highly recomend them. I just bought a car from Gary and he was great. No pressure, just a nice guy. So ask for Gary, and don't hesitate becase they sell their cars fast!
