Professional, helpful, and Accommodating.
Well, when I first walked in, it was a little dusty. But then I stopped to look at some of the HUGE variety of finished, unfinished, and even unfired pieces they have, and you know what? I stuck around, and I met a very polite gentleman, with clay all over him, who was the owner's husband, and I was told that he was preparing to mold some fresh pieces. I was looking for that perfect gift, and you know what? I found it. Not only was it perfect, it was very affordable, and done precisely when he said it would be done.
It doesn't look like much at first, but they're good, and have a MUCH BETTER selection and better prices than any Pottery Barn I've ever been to.
Wonderful. I am an out-of-towner who visited the shop while in the area visiting my son and daughter-in-law. I was treated wonderfully and as for the aisles, I haven't been in any ceramic shop yet that was any different. I give this shop five stars!
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!!.
Okay, they have a good selection But I was VERY OFFENDED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was the 2nd time I have been there. IT has been the same lady every time so I am not sure if she is the owner. I myself am a store owner and I would NEVER treat my customers like she has. I had been looking at some ceramics and I was careful knowing that they are fragile. When I got to the front with my purchases, she said "I heard you banging stuff back there, I'm going to go back there and find a bunch of items with chips in them." I was so shocked that I didn't say anything. Before that I was with a physically challeged relative who was beginning to walk out the door when another relative stopped her for a moment and this sameb lady rudely told her to either come in or go out and not leave the door open, (it was open 2 inches). Due to Physical difficutlies she had stopped to answer the question and then was going to walk out the door. I will not be back others in the ceramic class has also said they do not like to deal with this same lady.
The Isles are Very narrow and so for having fragile items and signs everywhere telling you if break it you bought it Makes an uncomfortable enviornment. Needless to say the only reason I didn't give a 0 was because it did have a good selection but for me customer service is MORE IMPORTANT!!!
By the Way it is all ceramic no porcelain items.
