RUDE people. My fiance called in to make an appointment with a coupon i had, that had my name on it and was told he couldn't use it unless i was there and they canceled his appointment. later that day i called in to make the same appointment and they said i didn't have to be there and he could have used it and talked to me like i was stupid and did not take ownership for the mistake. Then when i tried to set up the appointment they couldn't get me in for two weeks. I said i really need this done today or tomorrow and i was told "YEA you and 400 other people, do you want the appointment or not?"

I will never spend my money there ever.
