A low-key, friendly environment attracts plenty of families to this reliable chain. Kids in the big booths--often clutching free balloons and crayons--usually outnumber adults sitting at the bar. The menu offers filling American fare with no surprises, from mozzarella sticks and nachos to rollups and burgers. Entrees include steaks, fajitas and main dish salads. The calorie-conscious can select from a list of Weight Watchers-inspired dishes like mesquite chicken salad and grilled tilapia with mango salsa.

Chicken chinese salad. My favorite dish here is the chinese chicken salad - lots of freshly grilled (warm) chicken slices topping chopped greens with lots of tiny chinese crispy noodles and a yummy house chinese dressing. Get a half order - its plenty - oh, and wear your coat - even in the summer - the temperature here is freezing and they always seat me under the airconditioner and don't turn it down even when you ask. Other entrees are ok, but not memorable.
