Pretty much the most awful place ever. I used to eat here all the time years and years ago. I even knew the manager. After he left things have gone to crap at this place. Service is awful, food is awful. I have waited for my food for over an hour on 3 separate occasions. I am done giving them chances. Too bad too many times.

Colorful, chaotic restaurant promises loaded burgers and endless fries for kids and a fully stocked bar for their parents.. In Short
With a bright red color scheme, enormous booths and TVs galore (even in the bathrooms), this loud, lively spot aims to make families feel right at home. The creative menu offers 22 different burgers--from teriyaki-marinated Bansai with grilled pineapple to the 5 Alarm with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, salsa and chipotle mayo. Soups, salads, and entrees of fajitas, fish and chips and Cajun-spiced shrimp round out the casual American menu.

Best French Fries anywhere. At Red Robin the food is excellent and the environment is good. But I think the manager of the restraunt forgot that racism doesn't exist anymore. Or does it? Me and my wonderful beautiful African-American race feel that this restaurant doesn't accept us as equal customers. Whenever I eat there they always seem to seat me next to the kitchen or the bathrooms. Me and my people of the color will not stand for this any more. All we ask is to be counted as equal customers as the dominant race (caucasion) and be seated somewhere else besides the bathrooms or kitchen.

Not bad, but not great... average sums it up quite nicely.. A typical generic burger cafe, the decor is an attempt at a 50's style all-american feel but all the personality they try to create melds together and becomes another chain restaurant with a bunch of random junk on the wall. Don't get me wrong, I eat there probably once every couple of months, a nice average place is perfect for a large, average group of friends. But in this day and age of over-eating and homogonized experiences it's a shame that a place like this can be rated anything but ordinary. Let's be honest here folks, you're not going to be wowed at Red Robin, you're going to get full...

Best Burger in Utah. Must try: the Salmon burger! (two filets of grilled salmon) if and when they have it. Otherwise the next best burger is the Carnitas (half pound of roast pork). Skip the Pot roast burger. It is skimpy, and oversalted. The thick french fries are all-you-can-eat with a tasty fry sauce. The shakes are served with the tin container. The decor is pure fun.

This location is perfect for a pre-movie-matinee lunch.

Great Gourmet Burgers. This is a fun place to eat. We had the blue cheese burger and the "special" - an excellent salmon burger - two large grilled filets in the bun - both were very tasty. The bottomless home fries are the best - hot, fresh, salty. Order the lime shake - have them hold the chocolate swirl when they make it - the lime holds up very well by itself - yum! The only drawback - the lobby was empty when we walked in - the "Hostess" was in the back jawing with the waiters - I had to use the microphone at the front desk -"Waitress to the Front" - boy was the manager surprised when he heard that. This is the ideal pre-movie eatery - try to get there before the crowd - it's nicer without all the confusion.

beefed up mcdonald's. The hamburgers tasted like thick big mac's. It is good for groups and kids, but I'd rather go to a fast food resturant because it tastes the same and costs less.
