Horrible Customer Service! I have attempted to come to this salon three times. They never answer their phone, I even walked in one time and everyone ignored me for ten minutes. I tried to get a lady's attention and she snapped at me and said, "Can't you see we're busy?!" in a rude manner. I walked out and went somewhere else. Well, their the ones who let 70-100 dollars walk out the door.

The BEST place ever to get your hair done. Everyone here is so good to you when you come in and get your hair done. I have NEVER had a bad style and have people want to know where I get my hair done. I have friends from as far as West Jordan come because they are the only one they trust with their hair.

If anyone had a bad style...and that does happen....I'm sure if you had said something they would have made it right. Their customer service is beyond great.

Best Haircuts Ever. I have been to Bailey's Brass Comb numerous times and they always did a very good job. I don't know why someone said they fight all the time, because they don't. They are always very nice to each other. They have a very professional, efficient, and clean salon.

Quite Complaining. I have never been there so Ii supposes I don't know, but I don't think people should say such things. Being so dissatisfied with the place I think that if it was truly that bad, and if they did do those things, then don't complain about it on a site, tell them you were not satisfied, report them, but I'm willing to bet that whoever complained, didn't do a thing but complain to her/his family. I don't want to make anyone angry but complaining never did anything.

WORST salon, ever!. This is absolutely the worst salon I have ever visited. I went there and my hair got absolutely RUINED! I had hair down my back long, and they fried it so much I had to cut it to just below my shoulders. It took me so long to get my hair back to it's former health. The people who run this salon are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. 4 of them are sisters, and they will sit there and fight right in front of you while you are getting your hair done! Leave your problems at home and be professional at work. If you value your hair, do not attend this salon. Just a warning!

Great job!. I respectfully disagree with the post above mine--I had a great experience here. I found the staff to be very informed and professional. My hair looked really amazing afterwards. I've gone there multiple times and have always been very satisfied afterwards. Very clean, professional, capable and nice place in my opinion.

Terrible Salon!. This is the worst salon I have ever visited! They ruined my hair and they will ruin yours! I don't know how they could possibly stay in business! I had to go to another salon to have the damage to my hair repaired and they took photots of my hair to show all their customers at their salon! Avoid this salon!
