WORST SERVICE EVER!!!. I ordered some flowers for my fiancee birthday, and requested they be deliverd to her at work bigger surprise right.. WRONG the flowers when she brought them home that night looked horrible one of the flowers was cut in the middle and falling and the way they were arranged wasn't anything to be spoken for either. So the next moring she called me at work and stated they were already dying so she said she was calling since they stated on the card 24 hour guarentee so she called and they asked her to bring them in we live in murray and there shop is in Bountiful so she said that wasn't going to work for her so they offered to refund half the money she agreed to that. However when I got home and seen them for myself that wasn't goign to work for me after all I ordered these for her 29th birthday. So I called and spoke to the manager and she said what do you want me to do about it I already said I would refund half the money (this wasn't about the money) I said well something better than that so the manager asked me why I ordered from them when we live in murray do i work out there I stated I do what does that matter. Anyhow she said she would refund all the money but never once offered to replace them or appologized for the condition of the flowers, she just placed blame else where I even offered to send her pictures of the flowers so she could see for herself. Bottom line if you want flowers for a special occasion and want them to look nice this isn't the place to go. I rather have when else where and paid twice as much had I known I was going to be treated this way.
