This national chain is a household name, thanks to its deep-dish and stuffed-crust pies.. In Short
Kid-friendly eat-in restaurants and small takeout shops alike sport interiors done in the signature red and white with a touch of yellow. Orders are placed at the counter--whether customers choose to stay or go--and pies are baked per request. Pizzas--from the hand-tossed to the twisted crust--dominate the menu, but the restaurant also offers chicken wings, salads and cinnamon bread sticks.

Terrible customer service at front counter by young lady. I was treated rudely by the young lady who attended the counter on Monday evening about 6 pm on March 17, 2008 at the Bountiful location off of 500 South and about 200 West. She was impatient with my questions about size and style of pizza, she had responses that were sarcastic and a tone of voice that reminded me of when I was in high school having to deal with petty subject matters. After I ordered, she walked around the corner and bitched about me to her co-workers and how she was so put out.

This is unacceptable behavior and the arrogant manner of her personality would be reason to fire someone if I had acted like that when I was working in a pizza parlor 30 years ago, I would have been fired.
